Grinder MDF Setting: 4Beans: Ladro Blend (Available in Seattle) One of the best espresso blends out there.Portafilter: StockPreparation: The top of the porta-filter with enough coffee, and level off excess. Tamp properly, but don&#039;t over do the tamp.Perfect results: 25 secs, mouse tails, redish brown crema.Perfect Test: Create an Americano, the crema still settles toï»¿ the top of cup. What a beautiful cup.
