Beans ground too coarse. Shot turned blonde much too quickly.

Dude, I have a mirror setup. Machine: Gaggia Deluxe (Less 3-way solenoid). Grinder MDF Setting: 4Beans: Ladro Blend (Available in Seattle) One of the best espresso blends out there.Portafilter: StockPreparation: The top of the porta-filter with enough coffee, and level off excess. Tamp properly, but don’t over do the tamp.Perfect results: 25 secs, mouse tails, redish brown crema.Perfect Test: Create an Americano, the crema still settles to the top of cup. What a beautiful cup.

try the Lavazza super crema beans, you will get a lot more crema, first i used the starbucks beans and the result was like that, now i switch to lavazza and its really better
