you will need to experiment a little to get it right for your taste. that said, we recommend you start on the low side when dosing and work up. if the coffee is so strong that it is coating your the inside of your mouth with a tar like coffee taste its too strong. the swissgold should give you a very clean clear coffee taste, when made correctly, in our opinion

It’s 23 k gold btw, not that it really matters. Thanks for the demo, have heard that the water runs through pretty quick unless you have a pretty fine grind. Still, everyone recommends different brewing times.
