The lid stopped closing after two days. The moment you see how the latch is designed, you can predict such an outcome. Very unreliable and mechanically not sound.
most recent blog entriesThis product is absolute garbage. Within 3 days, and with delicate care, the item apparently broke. The control that allows you to pause and pour does not work. Furthermore, it leaks when you pour. If you want hot coffee all over your kithchen counter or worse, your hands, buy this product. Otherwise,stay away from this brand as there are far better alternatives. What a waste of money plus postage not to mention aggravation.
most recent blog entriesThe coffee can not be poured without drippling and the basket fits very precariously. If you put it in wrong, it will flood the counter with coffee because the basket does not empty. I know! It’s a messy setup anyway you look at it.
